A morally just war by definition would be a war justified by moral beliefs, which is not the same as "justice" although justice usually reflects the moral beliefs of a community.
If we agree that morality provides boundaries and guidelines within which the normal activity of societies can take place, and if we agree that most Western moral belief systems value "individual freedom" and the "sanctity of human life", then surely war (from a Western perspective - which is the only one I can offer)represents the breakdown of morality and therefore of society.
