we have entered into a new era, the fisical change the new millenium has brought can be seen everywere. after 9.11, there was a military response, withought any counterbalance, there is a dominating block starting to realise he is the only fisical force on the planet. thats not a new situation in history, there were, on our understanding of history, alex "the great", to some of the civilizations he overtook he might not be seen as great as people say, the egyptiens, the persians, the romans, arabs etc..., not cronologiclly... under the rule of these empires, they gave new and more efficient ways to work in society, breacking the old ways by force if necessary, the way how the foreign policy is implemented, is the way they are within they own borders? wasnt athens and rome great cities because of the income generated by theyr colonies and ruled by force territories? is afganistan becaming more democratic, are people being tought to be better human beings and have a free society, or is just the disciplination of a hole population by force, to secure a few strategic resources? is the ocident block external policie what we have within our borders or is something diferent, something we do not care to now, because of its true horror? do we care about the ways the meat comes to us, in the carefuly packed supermarket doses? sorry about my spelling today, im not thinking in english.
