I've stumbled over it around three years ago but it didn't influence me that deeply then. Now, after a battle within me that ended with me strictly deciding myself for atheism I found existentialism more important as a help in getting to know what reality is like. (I think theism is utterly wrong, but it can change how one ticks in the inside quite deeply and from this point on influence perceived reality in the mind.) However, I do think that it's a school of thought that is still at its beginning, and I also think that some of the existentialists were too strict with people.

I don't know if I changed my life for existentialism, the life I lead is still pretty much the same. What has changed however if how I think about anything, how I interpreted reality.
