I love the quote on the head of this forum

Posted by Trablano on August 08, 2002 at 08:24:18:

"Not into a beyond, whose shadow darkens the earth, but into a whole, into the whole." R. M. Rilke

Always I've tried to see something that lies behind the curtain, that lies behind the glass, that lies behind the eyes. No success. No satisfaction. But input, yes, input that made me be afraid. The shadow, so very well spoken.

Into a whole, into now finding to here in the contemplation of I, within. This room has a place there, the man besides me, even the thought of God, if only traced through thoughts of silence, death and beauty when I remember the dried flowers hanging down from a luster which I saw yesterday, in the evening sun.
