I'll pass on bringing you to task on some of your more bizarre interpretations of history and phrase my initial question differently:
Western civilized nations aspire to a benevolent humanism based for the most part on judeo-christian morality. Given that this morality holds the respect for (sanctity of) human life to be central, the term "morally just war" represents a paradox. Is taking life in order to save life morally justifiable?
Note: "morally" is not used here in the same sense as "politically"!
